We hold member meetings to inform, educate, and create a forum for our members to exchange ideas and experiences, to build a proactive business community. We do this to serve the community and to raise the profile of our businesses in the community. By raising our profile and making the community aware of our efforts, we can to drive local customers to our businesses. Our meetings are also a great opportunity for members to network with other New Providence merchants and professionals.
Members are encouraged to join a committee and participate in the planning of our sponsored community events.
By bringing our members together about once a quarter, we aim to build a proactive business community with members who work together to raise the profile of the businesses in our town. Together, we plan, sponsor and execute terrific community events, and work together to encourage local customers to frequent the businesses who serve our community.
Each meeting is held at a sponsoring member’s facility, and refreshments are served during a half hour of networking, prior to the beginning of the meeting. An interesting topic is chosen for every meeting, which is presented by one or more guest speakers.
