New Providence Business is proud to present summer concerts offering music and entertainment for the whole family. The free concert tonight, featuring the 1910 Fruitgum Company, starts at 7 PM and will feature a face painter and magician to entertain the kids.

Tues., August 7 (National Night Out – 6 PM) – Featuring the Elefante Family Band!
This concert coincides with National Night Out and and includes additional activities presented by the New Providence Police, Fire, and EMS (starting at 6 PM). Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the sounds of the evening. If rain prevents an outside performance, it will be held inside in the municipal gym.
The New Providence Fireworks, originally scheduled for July 3, is rescheduled for TONIGHT, Thursday, July 5. The festivities on South Street begin at 7 p.m. and the fireworks will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. South Street will be closed from Gales Drive to Springfield Ave. starting at approximately 6:30 PM.
The event includes entertainment by DJ Souren of Club Souren on South Street. There will be “Chalk on South” (kids of all ages can get a free “bucket” of chalk to create art and messages on the street), free giveaways, and lots of fun for the whole family.
